The aim of the course:
The course aims to show the importance of construction cost estimating and describe methods of construction cost estimating, to address all phases of construction cost estimating.
 
Programme OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : understand the necessity and importance of construction cost estimating 2 - 41,3,
PO - 2 : describe methods, procedures, and formats for the preparation of construction cost estimates 2 - 41,3,
PO - 3 : addresses all phases of construction cost estimating from the initial start of design through modification estimates during construction 2 - 41,3,
CTPO : Contribution to programme outcomes, TOA :Type of assessment (1: written exam, 2: Oral exam, 3: Homework assignment, 4: Laboratory exercise/exam, 5: Seminar / presentation, 6: Term paper), PO : Learning Outcome
