The aim of the course:
The main objectives of this course are to provide the students informations about environmental biotechnology.

Contents of the Course
Importance of environmental biotechnology, ecosystem processes, environmental resources, global environmental problems, structure and function of microbial life, air and water pollition and and their control, degradation, bioabsorption, bioremediation, biofertilizers and biopesticides.
