The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is to acquire knowledge, skills and application competence regarding the basic calculations of chemistry.

Contents of the Course
This course covers the following topics: "Significant Figures: Significant figures, operations with significant figures and errors, Exponents and scientific notation, Calculator functions, Unit systems-I: Units of mass and length, Unit systems-II: Units of volume and temperature, Unit conversions, Logarithm, antilogarithm and pH, Mass, Density, volume calculations, Heat calculations, Expansion of bodies and liquids in response to temperature, Types of errors in statistical calculations and analyses, Coordinate systems and graphical representation of findings, Functions and graphs, Drawing calibration graphs".
