The aim of the course:
To provide knowledge to apply the epistemology on organizational and management field. To provide knowledge to plan the theories of organization within the functionalist, interpretive, radical humanist, and radical structuraalist paradigm.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
The definition of epistemology and its reflection on social science, and assumptions about the nature of social science. The explanation of epistemological arguments on social science, abstraction and metaphors, the paradigms from functionalist to interpretive.
