The aim of the course:
To provide knowledge to be able to apply national culture on human resource. To provide knowledge to be able to plan the reflection of cross-cultural differences on organizational behavior.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : define management and organizational situation from the point of view of cultural metaphor 2 - 8
PO - 2 : explain the national culture, cross-cultural dimensions, convergence vs. divergence, theoretical perspectives used in cross-cultural organizational analysis, the interaction between cultural context and organization.2 - 8
PO - 3 : apply national culture on human resource 2 - 8
PO - 4 : plan the reflection of cross-cultural differences on organizational behavior 2 - 8
PO - 5 : define the analysis of the Turkish cultural context 2 - 8

Contents of the Course
The definition of management and organizational situation from the point of view of cultural metaphor. The explanation of the national culture, cross-cultural dimensions, convergence vs. divergence, theoretical perspectives used in cross-cultural organizational analysis, the interaction between cultural context and organization.
