The aim of the course:
Defining the concept of urban design, evaluations of approaches and design theories related to urban design and evaluations urban design in the planning process

Contents of the Course
The presentation of information about the philosophical and ideological foundations and paradigms of urban design in the last century. An examination of studies and applications related to these foundations. The investigation of the effects of relevant theories and approaches on urban form and the built environment through various case studies.
