The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is to inform bout cellulose based natural fibres as an alternative fibre source to high performance fibres which have superior properties in recent years. Also, it covers the manufacturing methods and properties of the natural fibre reinforced biocomposites.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : To learn about cellulose based fibres and biodegradable bio polymers
PO - 2 : To learn about micro-mechanical properties of polymer composites
PO - 3 : To have knowledge about manufacturing of biocomposites
PO - 4 : To have knowledge by characterise the mechanical and microscopical properties of biocomposites
