| Definition, scope and history of development law; the framework of development law in Turkish legal system; types of planning; the organizations responsible for planning; Development Law (1985), Environmental Law (1983), Law for Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage (1983), Tourism Incentives Law (1982), Coastal Law (1992) and other related laws are discussed in this course. The course reviews problems and possible legal amendments for better implementation and constitutional court decisions. |
