The aim of the course:
Understanding structure and working principles of the PLCs, programming the PLCs with ladder diagram, interpreting PLC programmes available before and gaining ability of solution development for a given problem using PLC programming

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Basic concepts of programmable controllers (PLC), structure and electrical connections of PLCs, logic operations, introduction to PLC programming, ladder diagram commands, programming using ladder diagram, designing, simulating and commissioning automation systems using PLC
