The aim of the course:
This course aims to process the screws by using lathe, to do special turning processes, to process helical and straight geers by using milling in manifacturing workshop
 
Learning OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Learns calculation of square screws, trapezoida screws, round screws, multi-rim screws and to process this profiles on lathe.2 - 3 - 71,
LO - 2 : Operate eccentric turning operations at lathe2 - 3 - 71,
LO - 3 : Operate steady rest turning operations at lathe2 - 3 - 71,
LO - 4 : Operate spring winding operations at lathe2 - 3 - 71,
LO - 5 : Operate straight gears operations at milling2 - 3 - 71,
LO - 6 : Operate helical gears operations at milling2 - 3 - 71,

Contents of the Course
Square screw, trapezoidal screw, round screw and multi-rim screw calculations and this screw profiles processing on turning. Teaching special turning processes, eccentric turning. Straight and helical gears calculations and this gears processing on milling.
