Importance of Standards: The Importance of Standards in Production and Service Sectors, The Place of Standards and Quality in Production, The Place of Standards and Quality in Service. Management Quality and Standards: Definition and Importance of Ts En ISO 9001 and 22000 Quality Management Systems, Basic Principles of Ts En ISO 9001 and 22000 Quality Management Systems, Conditions of Ts En ISO 9001 and 22000 Standards, Terms and Definitions in Quality and Assurance, Ts En ISO 9001 and 22000 Certification Stages of Quality Management Systems.
