The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to provide students with an introduction to the field of power electronics, teach the fundamental principles of semiconductor power switches, and enable them to understand the structure, operating principles, and applications of key power electronic components such as power diodes, power transistors, power thyristors, and DIACs.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
