The aim of the course:
The purpose of this course is to enable nursing students to develop their professional communication skills and communicate effectively, confidently, and ethically in a variety of clinical situations. The course aims to: - Acquire the competencies to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families - Appropriately utilize therapeutic communication techniques - Apply appropriate communication methods in crisis, conflict, violence, and special situations - Understand the impact of cultural differences, ethical issues, and technological advancements on communication - Manage professional communication with difficult patients and challenging situations - Develop communication and collaboration within the team - Apply communication skills through role-playing, case studies, and student panels.
