The aim of the course:
To be able to question urban spatial problems in relation to social factors, comprehension of the relationship between urban planning and urban actors.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Basic concepts of sociology; Social change in urban areas in relation to economical and technological dynamics, reflection of past facts to the current milieu; Analysis of urban social structure; Urbanism; Problems of urban societies-employment, dwelling, social stratification, urban culture, social justice, urban management, etc. )
