The aim of the course:
To introduce the regulations that are legal content of urban planning and architectural practices; To analyse and to evaluate the legal problems arise in the processes of applications.

The definition of development law, resources of development law, general framawork of development law in Turkey, the levels of planning, public institutions responsible for planning, history of development law, Development Law (1985), Environmental Law (1983), Law for Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage (1983), Tourism Incentives Law (1982), Coastal Law (1992) and other related laws, critics of development legislations, evaluations of court decisions
