The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge and skills on the definition and sources of free radicals, examination of the physiopathological effects of radicals, antioxidants, antioxidant sources, the place of antioxidants in nutrition, and the effect of antioxidants on free radicals.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

LO - 3 : be able to define free radicals, have information about their types, sources, and effects.11,
