The aim of the course:
Occupational health and safety concepts and their importance for survey engineers. Introducing OHS practices and standards in Surveying Engineering business areas. Understanding risk management and occupational safety equipment, first aid and OHS legal responsibilities.
 
Learning OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : The engineering practices used will consistently improve in preventing workplace accidents by being knowledgeable about standards.9.21,
LO - 2 : Participants will gain knowledge about the effects of engineering applications on health, environment, and safety in universal and societal dimensions, and the relationship between contemporary engineering problems and occupational accidents and diseases.11.11,
LO - 3 : By gaining awareness of the legal implications of engineering solutions, they will become knowledgeable about the legal consequences of workplace accidents.11.21,

In the field of Surveying Engineering, occupational health and safety, risk management and assessment specific to the profession, risk analysis, health surveillance and basic first aid, legal responsibilities related to OHS
