The aim of the course:
To provide students with the necessary competencies to develop their own entrepreneurial characteristics and evaluate entrepreneurial opportunities in business life. To provide the ability to make the necessary analyses for the development of a commercial product or service (business environment analysis, financial and economic analysis, marketing and business management practices, and the ability to apply for investment and incentive programs). To provide the ability to follow the legal and statutory procedures required for the creation of intellectual property rights and patentable products and services.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : The person becomes aware of their entrepreneurial characteristics and develops their entrepreneurial abilities.2 - 81,6,

LO - 3 : The person gains the ability to analyze the macro and micro environment of a business or business ideas.2 - 8
LO - 4 : The person acquires knowledge of business functions, including marketing and management functions.2 - 8

LO - 6 : The person gains the ability to find financial resources for business ideas.2 - 8
LO - 7 : The person gains the ability to create a business plan for various entrepreneurship support packages (supported by KOSGEB, TUBITAK and development agencies, etc.)2 - 8

Contents of the Course
Basic concepts in entrepreneurship, the relationship between entrepreneurship and innovation, the discovery of areas that are the subject of entrepreneurship and idea development, business models, competition, and customer analysis, the legal infrastructure of entrepreneurship, marketing principles and management functions, business development and access to financial resources, business environment analysis, intellectual property rights, growth strategies, and business plan development will be discussed. Also, a business plan creation will be done based on the KOSGEB business plan example.
