The aim of the course:
The main objectives of this course are to provide the students basic informations about cell culture and virological methods

Contents of the Course
Importance of virological methods, Virus isolation, microscopy, complement fixation, haemagglutination, enzyme linked immunoassay, immunofluorescense, radioimmunoassay system, neutralization, assays of viral nucleic asids.
