Accordingly, the historical and political mission assumed by the Ottoman state, the role played by developments in Europe and the European states that equilibrate how about a balance of elements are processed. Especially after the Ottoman Empire in 1699 Karlowitz Treaty on European policies in the political situation will be reviewed. |
