| The topics of the basic concepts of health policy, health policy determination and planning theories, actors and power theories in health policies, basic characteristics of health, concepts of need, want and demand in health policies, prioritization in healthcare services, health sector reform (control knobs: financing, payment, organization, regulation and behavior), health policies and reforms in Turkey (historical background), general outlook of the health sector in Turkey, specific health policies in Turkey (public health, migrant health, health policies for disadvantaged groups etc.). are discussed. |
