The aim of the course:
Introduce chromosomal features and chromosome behaver in terms of taxonomic criterion, to show taxonomic value of chromosomal data.

Contents of the Course
Orijin and importance of chromosome. Structure, size and number of chromosome. Techniques for staining and fixation of chromosomes. Karyotype studies and taxonomical hierarchy. Chromosome behaviours and their taxonomical importance.
