Things you need to know to have correct nutrition information / Some concepts related to nutrition, Nutrients necessary for life: Carbohydrates, proteins, fats (What are they? general properties, sources, use in humans, need and importance), Nutrients necessary for life: Vitamins, minerals and water (What is it? general properties, sources, use in humans, need and importance), Use of nutrients in the body, Balanced menu examples, fast food nutrition, Principles of preparing, storing and cooking foods, Healthy metabolism, Body composition / biology of fat, energy and weight control, eating disorders, obesity (nutrition and physical treatment), Concepts and types of physical activity, Relationship between physical activity and health, Physical fitness, Physiological responses to physical activity and its benefits, Adaptation of the body to exercise, Physical activity and exercise, Nutrition of physical activity and health relationship; Exercise recommendations, Nutritional problems that may occur during exercise, Nutrition and physical activity in chronic patients (Metabolic diseases) (Musculoskeletal system) (Cardiovascular diseases).
