The aim of the course:
The aim of this course is; In order to understand the importance of communication in human relations, to develop self-awareness and to gain verbal and non-verbal communication skills. To teach people about interpersonal communication processes, communication conflicts, problem-solving skills, to explain culture and communication interaction, and to gain the ability to realize the impact of psycho-linguistic structures and empathic thinking on social and professional life.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Able to demonstrate appropriate communication skills by realizing the impact of self-awareness, body language and empathic approach on social and professional life during the communication process.6,9,111,
