The aim of the course:
This course tries to give a solid understanding of the nature and organisation of the genetic material, and the mechanisms of replication, transmission and change, and the processes controlling its expression.

System and methods of molecular biology, macromolecules, DNA technology, DNA replication, repair, mutation, transcription and translation, gene regulation, bacteriophages, plasmids, transposable elements, recombination and genetic engineering, eukaryotic virusus and cancer.
